A visit to this authentic, British
Tea Room, is reminiscent of the tea rooms that flourished
in England and New Zealand in the Thirties and Forties. Here,
you may enjoy tea in the traditional manner. You will find
locals enjoying moments of "Blethering" in a
setting of lace curtains, flowers, Billy Bunter,
The Beano and Biggles, Enid Blyton, Golliwogs and Churchill
welcome you,...all nestled in the heart of a charming English
village,just seven minutes from Victoria's inner harbour.
We open every morning at 8am for breakfast followed by Lunch,
Afternoon Teas and Dinner until 9 PM. On every weekend and
on special occasions, the Blethering Place brings you an evening
of wonderful musical entertainment with no cover charge. Located in the charming Village of Oak Bay, corner
of Oak Bay Avenue and Monterey, Victoria on
Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
